At Sumibu, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! But we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy! You can return anything purchased online within 14 days for a refund or store credit, no questions asked!
To send the item back, simply fill out the return form that came with your order and send it back to us. Please note that all products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. We can't accept returns or exchanges on underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless they're faulty. And don't forget to save your tracking code link as proof of shipping!
While we'd love to be able to process returns at our Zeedijk 60 location, unfortunately, this is not possible. So if you need to send something back, you'll have to fill out that return form and send it our way. Don't worry though, we'll take good care of you and get everything sorted out as quickly as possible!
If you receive a faulty product, don't worry! We'll exchange it for you as long as it's unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Please fill out the return form and include a description and image of the fault, along with your order details. We'll take care of the rest!
In the unlikely event that your item gets damaged during shipment, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at support@sumibu.jp with a description and image of the damaged goods, and we'll issue you a refund and you can make the order again.
We know that refunds can take some time to process, but don't worry, we'll get it sorted! Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days in the same method of payment and credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, which will be refunded as a credit onto a new gift card). And remember, shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.
